21 Day Detox – My FAVORITE Recipe For Raw, Vegan Lasagna

Oh my goodness….this isn’t just good. It’s flat out amazing.

Hands down, this is my absolute favorite thing to come out of my kitchen. It’s not just tasty. It’s a taste explosion of deliciousness. It’s comforting and filling and just as yummy (if not more so) than traditional Lasagna.

If you aren’t into garlic. Bypass this dish. 🙂

This Vegan/Raw Lasagna is chock full of olives, capers, zucchini noodles, a layer of home-made walnut & pine nut pesto, with delicious homemade (raw) heirloom tomato marinara, cashew cheese (that really does taste like ricotta) and a little side of marinated mushrooms.

It what’s for lunch today and day 18 of the 21-day detox where I’m trying out recipes and putting all the bells and whistles into the Yoga Glowing Body Detox Program.
