Private Yoga Sessions
Yes…I would absolutely love to teach you, your group, your employees, your school, your sports team or at your event. Sharing yoga is something I love and I have the experience and knowledge to teach all levels (from beginners to experienced practitioners).
Private sessions are a healthy way to enhance an existing practice, recover from an injury, for weight loss or just to get your feet wet as a beginner. They are customized to meet your needs and specific health goals.
Making a commitment to do yoga regularly and practice what is recommended will absolutely change your body and get you on a course to wellness. You’ll feel svelte, shiny and new!

Private Yoga Packages (one on one sessions)
Group Yoga Packages (with 10 + participants)
A twelve week commitment (at least once per week) is highly recommended – which is why these packages are centered around that time-frame. Any yoga teacher worth their salt will tell you that, while results vary, a three-month time frame will yield optimum results and fulfill your health and wellness goals. Other time frames and lengths are available. If you don’t see something you like, give a shout, and we will discuss your needs!
A single private yoga session is valued at $100/session. Current travel area for private and group yoga sessions includes the Asheville and Hendersonville, NC area.
