Mandala Flow for Spring: Awaken the Body, Enliven the Senses & Detoxify

Wring out winter and step into spring with this 2-hour practice that focuses on creating heat in the body through yoga asana & pranayama to detoxify winter accumulation and step lightly into spring!

Friday, March 31 ~ 6-8 pm

Come experience a fun & lighthearted flow to cleanse, awaken, warm and enliven the body!

Yoga and Ayurveda teach us to be fully present and engaged as we shift seasons and open to new perspectives.

How we move, how we breathe, and what we eat can help us embrace this transitional time of year.

In this 2-hour, light-hearted & fun yoga practice, we will use Mandala Namaskar {Circular Sun Salutes} to cleanse, awaken, warm & enliven the body. We’ll use twists to wring out congestion & sluggishness and inversions to boost energy and drain lymphatic & venous fluids from the legs & pelvis.


Location: YAM (Yoga & Massage in Hendersonville, NC - 410 S. King St.)

The session will end with a deep, restorative Yoga Nidra for full relaxation & assimilation.
