Sample Retreat Itinerary

8:45 – 9 Check in & Big Hearty Welcome
– enjoy auyerveda tea while getting settled

9 – 9:50 am Awakening the Senses – Gentle Breath & Movement

10-11:30ish am – Yoga Time – All Level Detox Vinyasa Flow

11:30 – Noon – Break & Regroup

Noon – 2 pm – Lunch + Cooking Session
We will feed our happy bodies with savory vegetarian fare that is organic AND local. It’s all lovingly prepared by Asheville’s very own VeggieLoveAshehville. It will be served buffet style so you get to taste any of the dishes you like and ask questions about what you are eating. We will be dining with biodegradable and recycled cutlery and plates.

Raw Food Cooking Session (everyone participates) + Info Session with VeggieLoveAsheville.

Once our bellies are full, we will all learn about raw food and vegetarian cooking the pro’s & con’s as well as prepare our own raw food “super nutrient dense snack” and antioxidant, energizing drink

2 – 2:15 – Break, regroup & carpool to nearby trails

2:15 – 3:30 pm – Hiking Excursion
Breathe in the crisp mountain air feeding your whole body with oxygen on an invigorating walk

3:30 – Back to Studio/Pack up & Depart Studio in our own vehicles for more relaxation, renewal & restoration

4 – 6 pm – Spa Excursion – Enjoy Deep Relaxation!
Take advantage of a hot relaxing soak, cold plunge and cedar sauna. Super tasty hors d’ oeuvres and light dinner snacks will be served with drinks. Robes, sandals, towels, herbal soaps, shampoos, locker, hair dryer and the use of slate showers are all provided for the retreat guest use at the spa.

6 – 6:30 pm – Depart feeling fabulous from the inside out!

Space is limited! $65 Reserves your spot and is deducted from the total cost of retreat. Remaining balance is due either prior to or the day of the retreat.

Items to bring:

  • Clothes in which you can easily move for yoga and hiking
  • Warm outerwear (gloves, hats, scarf, coat) and appropriate footwear for hiking excursion
  • Bathing suit for spa excursion
